All requests for a change in vehicle, or vehicle switch-outs must be facilitated directly with the local renting branch. Please have the driver call the branch to request the change for the quickest level of service. The branch information is available in the original reservation confirmation or you may refer to the Enterprise website for location details.
*Note: If the vehicle is damaged and not drivable, please get the driver to a safe and secure area then have them call roadside assistance (800-307-6666) to report the damage. Branches can only assist with vehicle changes or collections if the car is drivable.
