Once a vehicle has been delivered, we require an email to be sent to entertainment_reservations@ehi.com to stop charges on all vehicles requiring retrieval. Charges will continue until proper communication is received including location and reservation numbers to end and collect the rental. We allow the branch up to two business days to pick up the vehicle(s) once charges have been stopped. You will not be charged additional rental days during this time but are responsible for any parking or valet charges incurred. Returning to the rental branch directly is an option if you would like to close out the rental immediately.
